Payment and Cancellation
We accept all major credit cards
Deposit: US$100 per person non-refundable deposit required at reservation.
Payment Plans: Guests may make easy payment plans as long as there is sufficient time between your deposit and final payment date per the group contract.
Final Payment: must be made on or before deadline date to avoid cancellation.
Cancellation Penalties: Apply (DETAILS PENDING)
Travel Protection: DVC strongly recommends that all guests purchase travel protection which is estimated at 6.5% of your trip cost.
Travel Documents: Passports are required for all guests departing the United States and should be valid at least six months after your return date.

- Can I stay longer than 3 nights?
Yes! Indicate your travel dates when you submit your request.
- Is airfare included?
Airfare is NOT INCLUDED in the rates shown, we can make the arrangments for you. Full payment for air plus deposit is due for all air packages.
- Can I stay book at a different hotel and come to RIU when needed?
You are free to book wherever you wish; however, the bride and groom have contracted rates at the hotel selected. If you wish to participate in scheduled activities at the resort andor be transported to the ceremony and reception from RIU, there is a mandatory day pass charge of US$75 - US$150 per person per day.
- What is included?
The rates quoted above include you accommodations, taxes and tips, all meals and drinks, activities and entertainment, roundtrip transportation to and from Montego Bay Sangster's Intl. Airport, and complimentary roundtrip transportation (courtesy of the couple) to and from Wedding/Reception venue. See hotel amenities above for inclusions and option services with additional fees.
- Can I book my own airfare?
You may book their own airfare. Send us a your flight details so that we can finalize transfers no less than 30 days before travel.
- What is only one adult is traveling with a child?
The adult rate applies is the child is the 2nd guest in a room.
